Why Core.Assist

Fast help, with consent.

The user reads a 5-digit code to your technician, or accepts a prompt. No accounts, no fiddling.

Manage without the screen.

Files, commands, software and Windows updates in a lightweight session. The user sees a small banner, not their desktop being watched.

Yours to host and brand.

Run it on your own server with your logo, colours and domain. Updates arrive signed, over the air.

Security

The user always knows.

Trust is the product. Nothing about a Core.Assist session is hidden from the person at the PC.

How security works
  • Consent first

Attended sessions need the user to accept.

  • Always visible

A session bar shows for every session.

  • End-to-end encrypted

The relay server cannot read screens, files or commands.

  • Signed updates

Ed25519 signatures, checked twice before install.

  • Audit log

Every session and action, on the PC and on the server.

  • Self-hosted

Sessions, accounts and logs stay on your server.

How it works

Three steps from install to done

  1. 1

    Install the client

Put the small Core.Assist client on the PC. It lives in the tray and runs a background service.

  2. 2

    Connect from the console

Your technician connects. The user accepts, or you use the PC's unattended password.

  3. 3

    Help, fix, done

The session bar shows the whole time and every session is logged.

Install in minutes, update automatically. One script sets up the server and updates keep your data and settings.

Built for MSPs, internal IT departments and freelance IT support.
